<p>DILLON, Fergus Michael Jr., Master Corporal (Canadian Airforce) - On Friday, May 06, 2005 at the Health Sciences Centre, a brave and loving heart stopped beating. Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family after a long and courageous battle with cancer, Fergus Dillon Jr., aged 35 years. Leaving to mourn his best friend and loving wife, Heather (nee Howlett); his beautiful pride and joy, daughter Julia; his parents Fergus Sr. and Ruby Dillon; his brothers and their families: Ray (Michelle Clarke, Megan and Erin) and Dennis (Debbie Cleary, Amanda and Adam); parents-in-law, Bernard and Patricia Howlett; sisters-in-law: Judy (Dave Myers), Kathie (Greg Noah), Jo-Anne (Earl Hayes), Eileen (Tony Mullett), Bernice (Dean Fardy), Patty (Ian DeLong), Brenda (Ken Strickland) and Pam Howlett; brother-in-law: Bernie Howlett; special niece and friend, Andrea Myers; as well as numerous other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Saturday, May 07 and Sunday, May 08 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 09, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Teresa's Church on Mundy Pond Road. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in Fergus' memory may be made to the Candlelighters Association of Newfoundland and Labrador.
